Concordia University St. Paul Online MBA

Concordia University St. Paul’s (CSP) College of Business and Technology offers an online MBA with a general track and a healthcare management track. Courses are offered in seven-week intervals in a cohort-based format. Three one-credit courses are included covering vocation and professional value, the mastery of future industry, career reflection, and a map to personal and career goals.

A stand-out feature of the online MBA program is the option for students to enroll in the MBA mentorship program. An alumnus is matched one-on-one with an MBA student offering guidance, a sounding board, advice, networking opportunities, interpersonal communication, and help throughout the program. Students also complete the Managerial Application Portfolio (MAP) in the final topics course, creating a map for their future both professionally and personally.

Graduates of the CSP online MBA have gone on to successful careers with organizations such as Medtronic, Mayo Clinic, Target, Wells Fargo, 3M, UnitedHealth Group, and the Thomson Reuters Corporation. Along with graduate scholarships, CSP works with businesses to offer employees or members a tuition discount.
